About Me

Hi, my name is Peter Berman and I live in Paris with my wife who is also a licensed therapist. I hold a Master’s in clinical psychology and have dedicated my life to helping people get out of toxic relationships and avoid toxic unbalanced relationships.

My expertise lies in treating patients using a neuropsychology approach. Over the years, I have gained significant clinical experience in helping patients recover from strokes, traumatic medical injuries, dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Korsakoff Syndrome.

Let me tell you about the story behind this website.

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated with technology. I remember creating my first website when the Internet was just starting out – it was such a thrill! And as I grew older, my love for psychology also bloomed. I was curious about the human mind and behavior – what makes us tick, you know?

So, it was only natural for me to combine these passions and create this website back in 2013 (under another name). I wanted to share my knowledge with others and create a space where people could learn and grow.

One topic that I became really passionate about is narcissism. Through my personal experiences and professional background, I’ve learned how to manage toxic relationships and set healthy boundaries. And I want to share that knowledge with you, so you can take control of your own happiness.

But this website isn’t just about narcissism. We dive into the complexities of all types of relationships and how they impact our self-esteem, personality, and development. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge to understand these dynamics and make positive changes in your life.

So, come join me on this journey of growth and self-discovery. Let’s explore the world of technology and psychology together!

Some of my favorite articles on this website.

First up, “How To Make a Narcissist Feel Bad?” This article is all about freeing yourself from toxic relationships with narcissists, and I’m so proud of how it turned out. It’s not about purposely making someone miserable, but about distancing yourself from negativity.

Another article that’s been a hit with readers is “How Does a Narcissist React When They Can’t Control You?” It’s been so successful that I’m thrilled to have written it.

I’m a big fan of science, and I love incorporating it into my work. That’s why “Why Do Narcissists Lie?” is another favorite of mine. It explains the reasons behind the lying behavior of narcissists in a scientific way.

I also enjoy writing about dating, which is why I wrote “How To Trigger Hero Instinct In Men.” It’s a fascinating topic because the relationship between men and women is so complex.

Finally, “What Happens When You Start Ignoring a Narcissist?” holds a special place in my heart because it was one of the first articles I wrote for this website. I’ve updated it many times over the years, and it’s still one of my top favorites.

If you’re interested in narcissism, dating, or just want to learn more about relationships and psychology, this website is for you! So come on in, have a look around, and let’s learn and grow together.
